$1 millon catastrophic Insurance Plan for all members Information (click here) Membership MUST be through USASF (an athlete is not a USASF member just because he/she is a member of the gym) Athletes must be aged 4-19. Must be supervised by a credentialed coach, or athlete must be credentialed. |

Please advise this policy is specifically designed to meet the needs of U.S. based USASF cheer gym facilities dedicated to the instruction and excluded under the policy. If you have other ongoing activities, please contact Menard gates and Mathis for the appropriate coverage. this policy does not provide coverage for injury to employees. Contact us for state specific workers compensation coverage if desired. Coverage for transportation of athletes/participants is not provided under this program. |
