    How do I purchase the game tonight?
    Go to www.livesportsnetwork.com and click the link to the game that you want to watch (“Click here to watch the game” is under the list of team names.). Please note, because this is a Live broadcast, the link only shows up 4-5 hours before the game on the day of the game. Now step through the process of purchasing the game. It will ask for an email address and a user name and contact information. The next screen takes you to enter the user’s credit card information. It will also check for internet speed. You need to have a high speed internet connection (a DSL, a Cable, or a T1 internet connection) to view the game. You also need to have the latest version of real player downloaded.


    What do I have to have to view the game?
    You need to have a reliable DSL, Cable, or T1 internet connection to view the game. You also need to have the latest version of real player downloaded. If you need to download the real player, simply go to real.com and click on the top right hand link that says “Free Real Player Download here.”


    I have purchased the game and I have the Real Player window, but it says the link cannot be found.
    The game will not show up on the screen until approximately 10 minutes before the game. Feel free to login to chat with other fans, or surf the centralhockeyleague.com website in another window. Approximately 10 minutes before the game starts, press “F5” on your keyboard to refresh your player window.


    I clicked “Launch player” and nothing is happening. How do I fix this?
    You need to disable your pop up or advertising blocker. There are several versions of pop-up blockers such as PopSwatter, Ad-Aware, and about 50 other types. Because there is not a standardized way to diagnose your system, we cannot tell you which one you have; however the main computer user in the house may know. Please contact them, and if you still are unable to see the player pop up, then you need to contact your local support technician.


    The quality wasn’t the same as my home TV. Why is this?
    The quality of the broadcast is not the same as cable or satellite television, as the internet does not have the infrastructure in place to handle the kind of bandwidth required for a full screen broadcast. The data transfer is much larger for a full screen broadcast than for this scaled down version. Keeping the size down also saves you money.


    Can I watch multiple games at once?
    No, your computer will not allow multiple versions of RealPlayer broadcasting at the same time.


    I am dissatisfied. How do I get my money back?
    Simply send an email to support@livesportsnetwork.com with your name (or the name of the credit cardholder), the transaction ID number that you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. (NOTE: EMAIL IS NOT SECURE. DO NOT SEND THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER!) The refund will show up on your credit card statement as either a “Credit” or a “Voided transaction.”


    How Do I get back on if I log off?
    If you have already gone through the payment process all you need to do is enter the exact same e-mail and password into the information fields to the right of your screen labeled Member Login.
